Although this garment is marked "Men's", any gender can find a comfortable fit. Just follow the sizing chart below for reference. (I'm 5'5", 120lb and wear an XS comfortably and a Small if I want to layer over bulkier items. I also roll the sleeves under to get my perfect arm length.)
